atempo

atempo BetriebsGesmbH

atempo is a non-profit organisation that has been providing various training and learning opportunities for people with learning difficulties and disabilities in Graz (Austria) for over twenty years, as well as various services to support them in finding a job. atempo has therefore joined this European project 2020 to create an equal position for these people on matching platforms. To this end, a so-called "Ability Profile" for matching platforms was developed with five international partners and with the help of ErasmusPlus support. This profile and the associated platform are intended to help people who previously had no or only limited access to the open labour market to participate actively in society: https://www.atempo.at/en/see-supported-employment-e-portfolio/

The matching platform was developed in partnership with 8vance's innovative platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to match candidates with jobs and projects.

8vance adds this skills profile to its system and makes it available to a wide audience for free.

Scuola Viva Onlus

The Association “Scuola Viva” was founded, as a non-profit organization, to establish a legal plan to provide a cohesive and innovative form of autonomy to young persons with intellectual disabilities. This pedagogic initiative and other educational and rehabilitative expertise achieved by “Scuola Viva” have yielded a distinctive cultural foundation.

“Scuola Viva” presents itself as a referral point for the cultural and professional training of the operators, who are willing to realize the latest methodologies in the didactic, pedagogic and rehabilitative field, finalized to the personal and social participation. We also plan employability opportunities for the clients.

Scuola Viva joined the partnership of the “E-Portfolio European project” in order to promote, together with its clients, concrete chances to find and enjoy work positions in society as equal opportunities compared to any other person. In view of our user base, the route was started some time ago, thanks also to other European partnerships on the same content. In this project, we set out to achieve a broader knowledge and thus be able to offer more possibilities for concrete results.

We are guaranteeing professional advice and expertise to the partnership, organizing relevant action meetings, development of outcomes and results, taking part in the project evaluation process, in the project dissemination activities, overseeing the successful achievement of the project's aims and objectives. In addition, together with other entities, participating in the project, we carried out the close monitoring of the translations for the Italian and English idioms.

EASPD

EASPD, a non-profit NGO in the disability sector, promotes the views of over 20,000 social services and their umbrella associations. We promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities through effective and high-quality service systems.

Everything started in 1994 with a road trip. A 2,500 km, all day and all night drive from northern Europe to Portugal to attend a conference on the transition from education to employment for persons with disabilities. The support services sector was not as structured back then at a European level, and cooperation between service providers throughout Europe had not been developed to its full potential. Our sector’s needs and objectives were growing and it was based on this understanding that various delegations began to talk about creating a European platform, after having only just recovered from the 30 hour drive!

In 1995, following a rather difficult meeting with a top European Commission representative, our past Secretary General Luk Zelderloo asked the official why it was so difficult for them to understand what service providers wanted. They told him to “get organised and come back”!

After 10 years of hard work, EASPD opened up an office in the heart of Brussels in 2005 and became fully professionalised! We welcomed members from the 47 Council of Europe member countries and the European Union.

PHH Academie

PHH Academie is one of three Dutch accredited training institutes that trains Jobcoaches to become Registered Jobcoaches. Job coaches guide people with a distance to the labour market towards meaningful participation in society, preferably employment.

PHH's mission is to improve the position of people with a distance to the labour market. It therefore launched a European project in 2020 to create an equal position for those people on matching platforms. To this end, with five international partners and with the help of ErasmusPlus support, a so-called 'Ability Profile' has been developed as a tool to match employers with job seekers with disabilities on matching platforms.

It was co-developed with 8vance's innovative platform, which matches candidates with jobs and projects, based on Artifical Intelligence (AI).

8vance adds this ability profile to its system and makes it widely available free of charge.
