'Work4Everyone'

The 'Work4Everyone' platform was created with help from the European Union's Erasmus+ Programme.

To make our dream come true, we had to properly describe the problem we wanted to solve. These became our objectives:

 

Objective and activities

1. People with disabilities should have the same opportunities and possibilities as people without disabilities.

2. People with a distance to the labour market should be given a fair chance to participate in the best possible way.

3. This project is based on the method of Supported Employment.

Our approach


There is a great need for a comprehensive E-Portfolio for people with disabilities to better present themselves on the labour market. This includes a Progress Registration System (PRS) that enables them to update their E-Portfolio anytime, anywhere and in the way they wish. To use that E-Portfolio effectively, we used one of the most advanced platform in the field. A platform where employers and people with disabilities can find each other. Of course, that includes a comprehensive manual and tutorials to use it properly.

The 'Work4Everyone' platform

The Work4Everyone platform for candidates and for employers, offers people with a distance to the labour market the same job opportunities as people without that distance. On this platform, it makes no difference who you are, what you do and how far away you are from the labour market. The unique system ensures exactly equal opportunities for everyone!


The Intellectueel Outputs of this EU project are:


- A Platform where people with a distance to the labour market can find a job or a project without the false competition of people without any limitation.

- An extensive Framework so the people can show themself online in the most positive way and change it whenever they want and whenever their situation is changed.

- A complete Toolkit about Supported Employment to be used by anyone who supports people with a distance to the labourmarket

- A practical summary of the extensive Toolkit

- A Training course with four modules
